Sinar Mas Land and Mitbana launch Welton at Hiera

Strong sales achieved for the first release of landed homes

Indonesia, 28 May 2023 – Mitbana, a joint venture company of Mitsubishi Corporation and Surbana Jurong, together with Sinar Mas Land, have launched Welton, a landed cluster housing that is part of Hiera, a 108-hectare mixed-use development in BSD City, Greater Jakarta. The first release of landed homes in Welton garnered strong sales, and the next phase of landed homes will be released end of May.

Developed by PT Sinar Mitbana Mas, the joint venture between Mitbana and Sinar Mas Land, the design of Welton celebrates the cultures of Indonesia, Singapore and Japan and features a neoclassical architecture combined with modern contemporary interior. Welton seeks to offer an active urban lifestyle balanced with holistic wellness for its residents, and to connect communities and build bonds in a peaceful, comfortable environment. Its comprehensive recreational amenities include a zen garden, forest walk, outdoor gym, and playground.

The waterfront viewing deck is one of the features at Welton promoting community building.

Built on a site of ​approximately seven hectares, Welton has a total of 291 units available in three unit types - Type 7, Type 8, and Type 9. Homes at Welton are two to three storeys with land area of 98 to 285 square metres. Each unit has an efficient layout housing three to four bedrooms, multipurpose room and two carports. Prices start from IDR2.5 bil (approximately SGD225,000).

To facilitate family bonding, the units feature an open living and dining area, and central gathering spaces with views of nature. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to ensure optimal sunlight and efficient airflow. Every unit is fitted with premium finishes and fittings and smart home features such as smart lighting, voice command and digital door lock.
